Default My Pitiful Plants

I have a large variety of house plants that I keep inside during the winter and then move outside in the spring.

Once the weather got warm I moved my plants outside but then we had a late frost while I was out of town and now my plants are brown, limp, and seem to be dying. Is there anything I can do to rescue my plants from certain death? I know I must act quickly or else they will be goners. I tried adding special plant food to the soil and that didn’t seem to help.

I tried pruning the dead leaves and stems, but that also didn’t seem to help. I’ve spent a lot of time and effort on my plants; some of which I’ve had for over five years. Do you think if I transplant them into new soil that will help? I’m devastated by what has happened; my entire garden of plants is looking more pitiful by the hour.

I truly hope you can help me save them; I sure would hate to have to start from scratch.
