Talking Sick of the same old thing

I grow a rather large vegetable garden every year and every year I end up cooking my vegetables the same old way; boiling or frying them. I’m looking for some new and appetizing new recipes that I can use to cook squash, peas, beans, cabbage, tomatoes, and peppers. I’d like a really good recipe for home made salsa that is easy to make and can be canned and stored to use throughout the year. I figured this forum would be a great way for people to share some secret recipes with others; I wish I could share some of mine, but I really don’t have anything special to share. I generally just boil or fry the vegetables I grow, which tend to get boring. I hope I can find some really great recipes here; I’m looking forward to making my own salsa this year. I hope to find some interesting new recipes here to replace the same old things that I’ve been cooking.
