Call 911; I need serious help

I have come to the conclusion that I am such a poor gardener that I could kill plastic plants. I keep trying and every time I try, I fail. My plants wither and die even though I care for them just as I’ve been told to. I think I need professional help. Can you tell me if there are any professional garden clinics in the Louisville Kentucky area? Most of my plants are indoor plants and when the weather is nice I will put them outside for a while. Could it be I am shocking them by doing this? I water them, feed them, and even talk to them, but nothing seems to help. They will last about six months and then begin to show signs of bad health and eventually wither and die. I’m getting so frustrated I don’t know what to do; my mother was such an excellent gardener but it seems I didn’t take after her at all. What can you tell me about garden clinics and if there is any hope for me at all?
