Making my garden event special

My husband and I belong to a group of gardeners; it’s an informal type of club and each week during the summer season we take turns hosting a garden event. Next month will be our turn to host the garden event and I want to make it something very special. Do you have any great ideas of how I can make our event a very memorable event? Generally other hosts offer small snacks and drinks which are nice and give us an enjoyable time visiting with each other. However, I would like to add a little more to our garden event and have considered asking our local string quartet to play during our get together. Do you think that is too much over-the-top or do you think that would make for a nice touch to our garden event? I’m not looking to outdo the other couples who host the garden events; I’d just like to make ours a bit more special. What are your thoughts about my idea?
